Transguard Group are presently searching for a Senior Manager – Security for their Headquarters based out of the Dafza HQ office in Dubai.
Scope of work
To provide vital operational management to support the Transguard Security Services business across a major section or subsections of its operations. The Senior manager is a major point of contact for value stream stakeholders including commercial proposals, resource management and deployment with additional responsibility to identify opportunity for skill enhancement and improving quality of overall service delivery.
Responsibilities
Total management and responsibility of sections of the Security portfolio, where expected to hold key relationships with clients, customers, and wider teams to ensure operational delivery success daily, the position internally will report directly to the Head of Security.
Daily management of a large team/teams across a multi-client portfolio, highlighting risk to revenue achievement & develop project reporting formats and accuracy. Implement project management methodology across all projects including driving change & Lean Six Sigma methodology. Liaise with CMTs to ensure accuracy of reporting and act as gate keeper for project reporting.
- Lead a diverse and large security team across a section of the Transguard security portfolio
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Lead financial reviews of contract s, having excellent understanding of contract financials, including P&L’s is must
- Liaise with the sales and marketing team at initial stages of client engagement
- Establish strong knowledge and understanding of Bid contact for future growth and development opportunities
- Undertake Strategic Manpower Requisitioning - receiving instruction and planning information from the Account and Ops Teams.
- Liaise directly with Recruitment & Mobilisation to Forecast and Plan resources ahead of time
- Carry out initial risk assessment for new clients/opportunities
- Develop commercial proposals for new business opportunities
- Manage business unit involvement and results of Group Wide Business Projects
- Develop data management and reporting
- Analyse reported data and provide guidance to CMTs
- Support the Head of Department in transformational activity (Lean Six Sigma)
- Report Transformation and Continual Improvement results
- Work with CMTs to identify opportunities for improvement
- Working with internal and external stakeholder, map and implement critical processes.
- Work with management accountants to understand and develop financial planning and reporting
- Highlight risk and analytical results
- Manage and develop the technical and reporting capability of the GSOC
- Ensure asset management and accountancy
