We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager – Solutions to join our Integrated Facilities Services team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.
Scope: The Senior Manager - Solutions is responsible for overseeing and managing the Technical Solutions team. The role requires a blend of strategic planning, team management, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions that align with business goals contributing towards growth of the business.
Financial
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for technical solutions, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing models
- Guide the team in developing commercial proposals/pricing structure
- Oversee financial solution development for various FM tenders
- Present the commercials to senior management for approvals. Review and approve the commercial proposals
- Allocate resources efficiently across various projects bids
- Review contracts and managing relationships with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and solutions quality
- Perform detailed analysis on the lost bids and revise the solution strategy to increase win ratio
Customer
- Ensure that solutions developed are aligned with client goals and expectations
- Present the technical/commercial solution to clients as and when needed
- Review the Technical and commercial proposals developed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure satisfaction
- Post winning the contract, lead mobilizations as required
Process
- Collaborate with other business units to ensure timely and accurate submission of tender documents such as procurement, commercial, legal etc.
- Develop detailed technical presentations and documentations for tender submissions
- Lead Sales/ bid meeting to update BU sales forecast, discussion strategy and priorities bids
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that processes are aligned with overall business needs and goals
- Manage capacity planning to ensure that resources are appropriately allocated to meet current and future demands
Innovation
- Leverage technology to improve and reduce operational cost which can be factored in solutions
- Incorporate technology and innovative solutions to improve quality of our service delivery while optimizing on costs
Skills
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering – (Mechanical/electrical discipline)
- 5 years in the similar position and 10+ years in the FM industry
- Technical skills – Knowledge of FM Processes and methods, MEP Systems, Maintenance sand cleaning standards, local regulations
- Soft Skills - Customer Service Orientation, Conflict Resolution, Critical Thinking, Leadership Skills
- Hard Skills - Reporting skills, Risk analysis and mitigation planning, Service level agreement management and analysis
