Transguard Group is now looking to recruit a Senior Manager- Systems Integration to join the Group Security Services team. As a Senior Manager- Systems Integration, you will manage and oversee the day to day business operations and project delivery/profitability of the TGSI team. You will also assist the Business Development team to direct Transguard's market position and achieve financial growth. The job holder will guide and assist in the delivery of bids, vendor relations, identifying and supporting new business opportunities and overseeing operational delivery of projects.
In this role your responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for customer consultation to determine needs and implement proposals.
- Overseeing the solution Design/ Engineering and Maintenance teams
- Managing internal programme management, engineering, and third-party vendors.
- Evaluating ongoing project and offering feedback to the team. Responsible for managing department plans, budgets, and policies. Overseeing the measurement and performance of the Systems Integration team
- Analysing the performance metrics for existing contracts, in conjunction with the operational team to evaluate existing performance, risk and establish contractual obligations fulfillment. Assessing new technologies and defining new infrastructure requirements.
- Developing and establishing efficient customer relationships. Managing contract negotiations with Transguard Commercial and work with the legal counsel as required
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of proposals and be accountable for pricing elements, ensuring all internal/external legal comments are reviewed and processed.
- Securing new business and ensure a high degree of retention with existing business by developing methods to maintain competitive advantage.
- Maintaining awareness of industry, competition and market conditions; leveraging current relationships to develop new business opportunities.
