Senior Manager - Transformation

As a Senior Transformation Manager based in Dubai, you are responsible to align to the mission, vision and strategy of the organization. The role is strategic in nature, focusing on leading transformation efforts and continuous improvement throughout the Group.

The main responsibilities include:

• Actively lead the change management requirements of specified business unit from transformation through to continuous improvement
• Lead Black Belt Projects directly linked to strategic problems identified from TG Balanced Scorecard
• Follow DMAIC methodology throughout the project lifecycle
• Follow and support the TG Business Process & Quality Governance
• Train, mentor and govern Lean Six Sigma projects and frameworks
• Design the digital transformation road map closely with the IT Team to identify strategic processes (from level 1,2 & 3) with a view to automate
• Model business processes (level 4,5 & 6) to translate them into technical solutions
• Play a key role in IT implementations with regards to process changes
• To effectively manage a project team as well as key stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle
• To report project / change related progress including escalation if needed

The ideal candidate must have:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT related subject
• PMP/ Prince 2 or equivalent Project Management Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt – Preferred
• ITIL Certification – Preferred
• Business Analysis Certification - Preferred
