Senior Manager- Transformation

Transguard Group is now looking for a Senior Manager- Transformation to join our Transformation division. The Senior Transformation Manager is a project-based management position aligned to the mission, vision, and strategy of the organisation as a whole. The role is strategic in nature, focusing on leading transformation efforts and continuous improvement throughout the Group.

In this role your responsibilities include the following: 

• Actively leading the change management requirements of specified business unit from transformation through to continuous improvement
• Leading Black Belt projects directly linked to strategic problems identified from Transguard’s Balanced Scorecard
• Ensuring adherence to DMAIC methodology throughout the project lifecycle
• Responsible for following and supporting the Group’s business process & quality governance
• Training employees on Lean Six Sigma concept
• Mentoring Lean Six Sigma projects at all levels
• Governing Lean Six Sigma framework across the company
• Designing the digital transformation roadmap closely with the IT Team to identify strategic processes (from level 1,2 & 3) with a view to automate
• Modelling business processes (level 4,5 & 6) to translate them into technical solutions 
• Effectively managing a project team as well as key stakeholders
• Providing company wide communication related to strategic changes
• Managing process and people throughout the change lifecycle
• Reporting on project / change related progress including escalation if needed

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Advanced computer skills
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma
• Quality, audit & compliance experience
• Service level agreement management and analysis background
• Proficiency in statistical/ quantitative analysis, use of lucid chart, data analytics and interpretation
