Job Description

Transguard Group is currently recruiting for a Senior Manager for the Workforce Solutions division to be based out of our headquarters in DAFZA, Dubai. 

The Senior Manager will be responsible to develop and lead the WFS – HR services support function across all the WFS accounts. The successful candidate will manage the commercial relationship for key assigned accounts in the delivery of outsourced HR services. Meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients and ensuring all operations are in line with the standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

Commercial Management

  • Responsible to deliver financial targets in key accounts and positively contributing to the P&L.
  • Network internally to maximise Workforce Solutions’ service offering and seek growth within existing clients.
  • Manage and build profitable relationships with clients to identify opportunities and build a future pipeline of growth
  • Negotiate terms of business with external clients with terms that are favourable to Transguard Workforce Solutions
  • Develop a good understanding of the client’s business, their industry, their operations as well as work culture and environments
  • Be able to upsell and cross sell Transguard Workforce Solutions’ range of services

Account Management

  • Responsible for the day-to-day managing and maintaining of the account in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Understand the commercial agreement and manage the service delivery within the timelines and deliverables of the contract
  • Identify and set up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and establish / monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the contracts
  • Ensure invoices are raised by Finance Team in line with the services that have been delivered to the client
  • Manage the client payment cycle to ensure their invoices are paid on time
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes and provide solutions
  • Customer management
  • Develop a good working relationship with the client and hold regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contract
  • Ensure all contractual Service Level Agreements are met and delivered within the agreed timeframes
  • Ensure the eligibility criteria is correct and meets Transguard’s standards
  • Plan-ahead and agree with the client on new staff requirements to meet any future peaks and troughs
  • Respond to customer queries over the phone, in person or by email
  • Facilitate employee induction sessions wherever needed

Team Management

  • Manage the Accounts Team
  • Ensure the team’s work schedules are planned and adhered to in order to meet strict deadlines
  • Develop a consistent approach to managing your team to ensure they reach their goal
  • Provide any training and monitoring that team members need
  • Communicate clear instructions to team members, ensure they understand the tasks and are on track to deliver
  • Manage the flow of the day-to-day operations, escalate issues only when required

 

Skills

  • 5 years of experience. in a similar position
  • Candidates with account management and service industry experience are encouraged to apply
  • 10 years of industry experience
  • 5 years in a managerial role including managing a P&L
  • 4 years in GCC
  • Bachelor’s Degree – essential Masters – Desirable CIPD or SHRM certificate – Desirable
  • Knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systems Organisational and planning skills ICT literate with accurate keyboard skills
