Job Description

Transguard is currently recruiting for a Senior Officer - Business Process Delivery to join their Client's team, based out of their company Headquarters in Abu Dhabi. 

The job holder is responsible to elicit and analyse business requirements, support current processes and identify business process potential improvements (wherever applicable). Able to develop and train business on QlikView & Power BI dashboards

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-

Day to Day Operations:
Understands business processes, policies and guidelines
Gather requirements from clients/functions
Prepares high quality business requirement documents for dashboard development
Liaise with IT team in explaining the functional/ business requirements.
Implements the new/enhanced processes as per agreed business requirements
Develop applications using QlikView to deliver the agreed requirements
Conducts UATs and the testing results are documented and ensures sign off by the respective stakeholders.
Present dashboard to end users to demonstrate features and functionalities
Conduct Workshops and training sessions to business users

IT Systems:
QlikView and Power BI:
Expert in Data Connection, Data Modelling, Visualization
Manage schedule, Licensing, Qlik server and expertise in QlikView Management Console
Proficient in Set Analysis and Function and scripts
Good Visualization skill and follow dashboard design methodology
Advance knowledge in Incremental load concepts and section access concepts in Qlikview
Proficient Inline & Mapping load concepts in QlikView

External Relationship Management:
Maintains relationship between internal departments/functions as well as Service providers continue to work well and high level of communication and efficient & timely transfer of information takes place.

Continuous Improvement:
Performs Continuous reviews and identifies improvement opportunities by taking into account 'international best practice', changes in international standards and changes in the business environment

Reports:
Prepares periodical MIS and progress reports for the Department, to keep top management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision making.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

QlikView and Power BI:
1. Expert in Data Connection, Data Modelling, Visualization
2. Manage schedule, Licensing, Qlik server and expertise in QlikView Management Console
3. Proficient in Set Analysis and Function and scripts
4. Good Visualization skill and follow dashboard design methodology
5. Advance knowledge in Incremental load concepts and section access concepts in Qlikview
6. Proficient Inline & Mapping load concepts in QlikView
7. Minimum 4 years of hands on experience in Qlikview and 02 years of experience in Power BI
