Senior Supervisor - Aviation Services

Scope:

Senior Supervisor is responsible for ensuring and delivering smooth day-to-day Mishandling Baggage & Home Check-In Operations. This individual Is responsible to supervise a team of drivers and check-in agents who are responsible for efficient operational excellence across the delivery services provided to the client. Will be responsible for allocation, route planning, handling delivery orders, maintaining client relationship and generating reports as required by the TG management and Customer. Ensure maintenance of vehicles, spot checks and audit on site. Manage TG and customer assets and ensure compliance of all safety standards and company policies.

Perform and supervise day-to-day operations across Mishandled Baggage and Home Check-In contracts

Organizing, Arranging, Allocating, Route planning for baggage deliveries across UAE following SOPs and SLAs

Prepare hourly, daily, weekly and monthly reports for TG management and customers as per SOP

Ensure smooth baggage collection and delivery process followed as per the standard operating procedure and service level agreement

Conducting Tool Box Talks, monitor the staff appearance/grooming standards and drivers/vehicles condition prior deployment

Organizing vehicle handover, checks, audits and arrangements for maintenance and inspection

Comply with all statutory compliance requirments related to the vehicles concerning RTA and other government agencies to avoid any penalties

Effective roster planning to suffice the requirments considering OHS and company policy

Incident/accident reporting process and necessary measures to prevent the delays

Reports to OM and AM on all operational issues timely to improve service level and efficiency

Effectively managing and proactively ensuring the services are reviewed and refinements are made for enhancements

Resolve on ground operational issues and have good understanding on rad safety and Transportation
