Position Title: Senior Supervisor-FMH
Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency
Supervise and evaluate staff
Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
Handle customer complaints when necessary
Assist in pricing products or services
Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses
Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
Review and prepare reports for senior management
Ensure procurement of all departmental requirements: uniform / office stationary / site equipment etc work as departmental
liaison officer to procurement hence manage stocks and assets purchased and issuance with respect to acceptable delivery timeframes and maintain acceptable records for the same
Manage the office assistants and assisting and supporting the smooth operation of all internal administration systems and procedures
Highlight any issues and assist in rectifying them within a specified time period liaising with management.
Ensure that expected standards are adhered to at all times
Ensure teamwork within individual teams
Meets all requests within the agreed time scale
Scope
Contract designation, accommodation transfers, transport requirements, time & attendance, ID cards, health cards and medicals. Ensuring all records relating to Disciplinary Action and incident reports are collated and referenced. Ensuring all records relating to leave applications, absenteeism reports and resignations are updated accordingly.
Skills
Requirements(Scope)
Proven experience as hospitality Supervisor
Hands-on experience in customer service or sales
Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
Knowledge of quality standards
Proficient in MS Excel, Office and relevant software (e.g. ERP)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Experience in hospitality management
UAE Driving License Mandatory
EPT score 3.
Graduate (12+3)
Languages (English & Hindi preferable)
