Senior Supervisor - Security Services

This position is responsible for managing various aspects of a security department.

Position Responsibilities:

• To ensure that strict but cordial relationship are maintained with subordinates.
• To attend to issues relating to welfare of the guard force under command.
• To continuously monitor the efficiency alertness, neatness and conduct of the guards by implementing effective control measures on the site and ensuring it is being adhered to all times.
• To conduct frequent security patrols
• Ensure staffs are inspected before departure to the duty location, to check that they are properly attired and shaven
• To execute instructions given by the Supervisor and Senior Supervisor.
• To diligently execute instruction as issued and communicated and that all staffs are familiar with Emergency procedure
• Respond efficiently and effectively to all security related incidents as per the appropriate escalation procedure
• Ensure that respective record are kept as per client instructions, procedures or stipulations and that the general office appearance is always neat and tidy.
• Always report 15 minutes before transport is due to leave staff accommodation.
• To respond efficiently and effectively to all security related incidents.

• Good computer knowledge
• Should be familiar with all site location
• Should have good management, Leadership, and organisational skills
• Problem solving, analytical and proactive support skills
• Min 5 years of experience
• Effective communication Skills
• Mentor all direct reports, identify and correct weakness of Security supervisors and security Guards.
