Transguard is currently recruiting for a Senior Transformation Manager to join their Transformation team, based out of the company Headquarters in DAFZA. The role is a project-based management position aligned to the mission, vision and strategy of the organisation as a whole. The successful candidate will be able to lead, motivate and guide the team to provide commercially astute and relevant day-to-day collaborative and supportive service to the business. As a Senior Transformation Manager, you will be strategic in nature, focusing on leading transformation efforts and continuous improvements throughout the Group.
Your responsibilities would include the following:
- Actively leading the change management requirements of specified business units and providing support throughout each transformation project and continuing to drive improvements
- Responsible for leading Black Belt Projects directly linked to strategic problems which have been identified from company reporting tools, such as Balanced Scorecards
- Implementing Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology throughout the project lifecycle
- Working with Transguard Employees to train them on Lean Six Sigma concepts
- Mentoring Lean Six Sigma Projects at all levels
- Leading the design of the digital transformation road map closely with the IT Team to identify strategic processes (from level 1,2 & 3) with a view to automate future processes
- Responsibility to model business procedures (level 4,5 & 6) and translate them into technical solutions
- Playing a key role in implementing IT development within the development of process changes
- Executing the process changes with agreement from relevant stakeholders including Director of Transformation
- Actively managing the process and people throughout the transformation lifecycle
- Reporting on the transformation project and related progress, including escalation if required
- Analysing and evaluating the project teams performance & process efficiency
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Minimum 5 years of industry-based experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT related subject is preferred.
- The following qualifications are essential: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt – Essential, PMP/ Prince 2 or equivalent Project Management Certification
