Responsibility;

• To follow work instructions to ensure that the Metro Station is clean as per Serco requirements;
• To follow work flows to ensure that the Metro Station is cleaned in a timely manner;
• Remove dust, smudges, spillages, stains from surfaces of designated areas;
• Carry out cleaning tasks as per SERCO work instructions and in compliance with SERCO's HSE policy;
• Provide basic customer service by being polite and approachable to customers;
• Keep consumables fully stocked and workplace tidy;
• Report any defects, damages, worn out or expired items and workplace hazards to the Supervising officer immediately

• Practice safe work procedures and use PPE as instructed.
