Job Purpose:
We are looking for a SharePoint developer to join our team and help us create innovative and user-friendly SharePoint solutions. You will be working on various projects, from designing and developing new web components, to configuring and customizing existing SharePoint systems. You will also be involved in testing, debugging, and maintaining the SharePoint applications, as well as providing training and support to the end-users.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in SharePoint development, as well as experience with web development technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
You should also have excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
Meet with the design team and the clients to understand the project requirements and specifications.
Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, or other tools
Use web development languages and frameworks such as C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to create web components and enhance the SharePoint functionalityTest, debug, and troubleshoot the SharePoint applications and ensure their quality and performance
Document the SharePoint solutions and provide user manuals and training materials
Provide technical support and assistance to the end-users and resolve any issues or queries
Stay updated with the latest SharePoint trends and best practices.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldAt least 4-6 years of experience as a SharePoint developer or a similar role.
- Expertise in Workflow automation, forms creation, Power Apps, Power Automation.
- On prem and online development.Proficient in SharePoint development using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, or other toolsProficient in web development languages and frameworks such as C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Knowledge of SharePoint features and functionalities such as web parts, workflows, forms, content types, etc.
- Knowledge of SharePoint administration and securityKnowledge of SQL Server and database management
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skillsExcellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
