Job Description

Transguard Group is the UAE’s most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!  We are currently recruiting for a Solution Executive for our facilities team to be based out of our  Dubai office. 

Job Purpose-

To develop technical write up and commercial proposals for all soft services tenders , bids and quotes ensuring that the submissions are of the highest quality and result in the growth of the FM business.

Job Responsibilities- 

  • Fully understand the bid / quote request documents to become familiar and well versed with the requirements & scope of work pertaining to the soft services.
  • Reviewing in detail the various cleaning activities and their frequencies.
  • Conduct site visits and collected all requisite information during the same.
  • Generate site visit reports which detail the findings during the visit and enumerate any request for information to be submitted to the client.
  • Float various subcontractor queries to applicable vendors and follow up with procurement to get multiple quotes per service. Adequate information to be provided to vendor // procurement to provide a quote. Support procurement in negotiating the rates if found to be not in line with industry standards.
  • Review and verify the quotes received. Create comparisons highlighting the prices of each vendors along with any exclusions etc.
  • Create a project specific write up covering the scope of the services. Write up to include the various key points of service methodology as identified during the site visit like the various cleaning activities , machinery and their usage , chemicals and their usage , key areas to focus etc.
  • Create a project specific commercial solution in line with the scope of work & site visit findings while including subcontractor prices as collected.
  • Calculate the manpower , consumables , chemicals , machinery , hygiene consumables , and tools requirements for each project based on site visit findings and the clarifications received from the client.
  • Create presentation for both the internal management and external client.
  • Present the developed solution to the TG management with the support of the Senior Manager.
  • Attend post submissions meetings with the client. Provide clarifications to the solution ( if any ).
  • Be a part of the technical and commercial negotiations.

  • In depth knowledge of the soft & hard services and the prevailing market rates.
