Classify degree of mobility of customers (WCHR,WCHS,WCHC);
• Ensure Customer Service Standards are adhered to: i.e. grooming standards, introduce yourself and address the customer by name, hand over survey and bid farewell;
• Handle wheel chair procedures in accordance to departure;
