Classify degree of mobility of customers (WCHR,WCHS,WCHC);
Ensure Customer Service Standards are adhered to: i.e. grooming standards, introduce yourself and address the customer by name, hand over survey and bid farewell;
Handle wheel chair procedures in accordance to departure;
Ensure safety aspects are adhered to at all times;
Display confidence, best conduct and behaviour, and a can do attitude;
Ensure customer feedback is forwarded to respective Team Leader, as well as any issues and observations are highlighted on a daily basis;
