We are currently recruiting for a Specialist Facilities Management Soft Services to join our team at Transguard Group. The candidate is to be based out of Dubai.
Scope-
The role of the Specialist is to identify learning and development needs in order to develop / enhance and deliver existing learning and development material for, but not exclusive to, Transguard FM Cleaning. Training and develop documents required for floor level operations.
Responsibility-
- Create, and develop new course material as a result of a Learning Needs Analysis.
- Create learning and session.
- Plans for each training Module.
- Analyse existing learning and development material, refine, enhance and develop into modules using approved format.
- Create and develop practical activities.
- Visual material and learning aids and create mandatory checklist.
- Facilitate information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role plays, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and presentations.
- Monitor, record, and evaluate learning and development activities and program effectiveness, success and return investment.
- Investment (ROI) periodically with appropriate level of Line.
- Management to deliver comprehensive feedback.
- Assist with the creation of the FM Cleaning course prospectus and manual.
- Ensure that the learning and development methods meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
- Support Delivery and Assessment of ILM Courses.
