Job Description

Transguard is now looking to recruit a Specialist – Recruitment for our Manpower and Mobilisation division. The job holder will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a streamlined and efficient processes for recruiting new employees from all countries, including within the UAE, on behalf of all business units, with the exception of Workforce Solutions. The individual will be required to support the overall objectives and tactics implemented at both a group and business unit level, ensuring each business unit has a solution that meets their individual requirements but balances group efficiencies.

In this role your main responsibilities include the following: 

  • Measuring and validating of metrics that are applied by the business to assess and drive productivity optimization
  • Recommending innovative methods that aid in the achievement of measurable improvements in metric results and which avail actionable people management solutions and strategies
  • Collating reports for MPR, Control Rooms, CCM logs, Balance Scorecards and all other Transguard reporting tools.
  • Working with the Heads/Management of Departments. Developing a relationship with all levels of employees as a subject matter expert on all recruitment areas, developing strong and collaborative relationships
  • Contributing to HR department meetings and the recommendation of solutions for the Recruitment & Mobilisation department, business department, and business-wide challenges
  • Liaising with the agents to make sure the demand allocated to them to recruit is strongly followed. Also, ensure enough biodata are supplied in a timely manner to fulfill demands
  • Closely managing the Transguard ATS/ recruitment portals, including posting and managing job adverts on Transguard career site and managing applications
  • Sending appropriate response to applicants at every stage of recruitment and ensuring these are done within the agreed SLA 
  • Collating the reports for Recruitment, and all other Transguard reporting tools working with the Heads/Management of Departments

 

Skills

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant recruitment experience of 4-5 years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organising skills
