Specialist – Talent Acquisition

We are currently recruiting for a Specialist – Talent Acquisition for our trusted client to be based out of Dubai.

Responsibility-

• Collect data from the business units about manpower needs and conduct analysis to assist in manpower planning.
• Establishing a connections/database for Emiratization proficient in various expertise areas such as IT, legal, audit and Strategy.
• Use the most appropriate sources to obtain the right profiles for the vacancies identified for different departments.
• Administer the process of screening, interviewing, and selecting the right fit resumes and recommend the selection bases on assessments/psychometric.
• Candidate experience (positive experience for all candidate through the recruitment process).
• Run the end-to-end on boarding process and ensure compliance with the processes and requirements for the selected candidates.
• Administer the orientation programs for the new hires in coordination with the TED section to ensure effective on-boarding.
• Support the development and implementation of the nationalization strategy within company.
• Support the line manager in preparing and monitoring the Nationalization plans and KPIs in the company.

• At least 5 years of experience in similar role.
• Proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
