Job Description
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;
• Inspecting facilities/equipment to determine the extent of service and equipment required
• Arranging for alterations, maintenance or reconditioning of facilities, as specified in the operating procedures or management service agreement
• Preparing a periodic inventory of premises content and site condition and forward the listing to the Senior Manager for review
• Proactively involving in ensuring that services are reviewed, and refinements are made to enhance the services across the facility
• Maintaining maintenance daily & monthly reports
• Ensuring that maintenance issues and concerns are log in CAFM system
• Effectively managing all resources and manpower
• Ensuring effective PPM regime is in place and adhered to
Skills
• Excellent level of MS Office Skills
• Knowledgable in H&S and environmental responsibilities
• Excellent command in English and interpersonal skills
