•        Manage the site based operational team responsible for delivering the operational components of client contract; this includes but it not limited to mobilisation, demobilsation, rostering changes, shift deployments, staff uniforms, employee documentation, staff training, staff welfare, absenteeism and attrition, staff briefings/Induction/Tool Box Talks/Safety;
•         Support the service delivery in line with the client (SLA) service level agreement/contact key performance indicators working with the Senior Supervisor and Operations Managers
•         Support daily operations ensuring drivers daily schedules are planned and optimized for efficiencies
•         Support the reports in the scope of contract ensuring correct details are provided to the client

Liaise with procurement team to ensure all the required stock is available monthly
