We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator-Hospitality Operations. This role will be based out of DAFZA, Dubai.
Job Purpose:
To provide and demonstrate technical ability on-site. To be able to rectify faulty equipment to company standard working alone and without management supervision. Be able to prioritize PPM’s/reactive work and submit it to the relevant skilled technician
Job Responsibilities:
Support of technicians as and when required
Manage the technical requirements for fault rectification
Provide updates and reports to the Technical/Operations/FM Manager as required
Keep records of assignments and produce detailed work reports
Demonstrate Transguard’s capability to clients as a market leader in the area of MEP maintenance; being knowledgeable and confident of the equipment and requirements
Develop and maintain an excellent technical knowledge of existing and new services/products through in-house or external training courses
Develop excellent professional relationships with all clients by demonstrating an understanding of their MEP requirements
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain regular attendance
Monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) approved by Facilities Management, by reviewing reports, schedules, and spare parts required to avoid major breakdowns in equipment, and buildings and to provide efficient service to the client.
Diagnose the problem by providing technical reports to the Facilities Manager and advise rectification. Ensure that implementation is as per the technical standards and manufacturer’s recommendation and build up history for the electrical plants to avoid any recurring problems with the mechanical and electrical plants.
Provide quality control support in terms of operation process, resolution time, and reduction in the number of business partner complaints.
Generate equipment performance reports from Building Management System. • Handover / Snags – Attend handover meetings and record snags to verify if the completion is as per specification and provide reports to management. Follow up with the respective development team for proper completion.
Monitor the daily operation of all external and internal.
Monitor planned PPM is carried out as per schedule and manufacturer’s recommendation.
Having Knowledge and experience of the CAFM system
Having knowledge of Health and safety
Supervise various team members to achieve the delivery of maintenance repairs within strict timelines.

Ability to work without supervision
Ability to work within own trade boundary and additional trades
Communication skills at least 5 years of experience, proven knowledge through trade test
At least 5 years experience of in a second trade, proven knowledge through trade test
Technical certificate or Diploma
Having experience with MS word

Advanced Trade Knowledge
Intermediate knowledge in a second trade
Basic knowledge in a third trade
Good English communication skills
