We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (UAE National) for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.

 Purpose-

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is part of the Middle East, Turkey & Africa (META) Talent Acquisition team and contributes to our global vision as an employer of choice. The person in this role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, as well as generating and nurturing talent pipelines, for Emiratization purposes, and support with recruitment activities for additional META market roles.

Responsibility-

  • Within the end-to-end recruitment process, you will work in close partnership with the hiring managers and local HR teams from the moment you receive a request to recruit.
  • You will perform necessary tasks using our HR and Recruitment platforms; source, screen and interview candidates; and organize stakeholder interviews, all the while offering a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • In this role you will support the regional Talent Acquisition team in managing referrals and external talent pools, through our dedicated Talent Pool System, and build a pipeline of candidates for future recruitment needs, you will also support where needed with internal talent pools with the organization of local assessment centres and internal interviews.
  • Additionally, as part of this role you’ll support your markets in attracting local talent through university partnerships to develop and maintain relationships with target schools to support your market on all topics related to university recruiting.

Skills

  • UAE National, with a Family Book.
  • 1-3 years professional experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
  • Evidence of working as a recruitment partner with key stakeholders.
  • Advanced written and verbal proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross functional team members.
  • Strong follow-up and on-time execution and a proactive approach in identifying overall business hiring needs.
