We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator-Hospitality Operations. This role will be based out of DAFZA, Dubai.
Job Purpose: To provide and demonstrate technical ability on-site, responsible in conducting electrical maintenance checks and repairs
Job Responsibilities
Assist the team for Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections of equipment
Should follow SOPs and all HSE protocols
Assemble, install and maintain hand tools and power tools.
Demonstrate Transguard’s capability to clients as a market leader in the area of MEP maintenance; being knowledgeable and confident of the equipment and requirements
Develop and maintain an excellent technical knowledge of existing and new services/products through in-house or external training courses
Develop excellent professional relationships with all clients by demonstrating an understanding of their MEP requirements
Provide regular reports & updates to the technicians and supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned.
Help technician in performing maintenance and repairs to all buildings, and parking lots; performs new installation of lighting fixtures of both interior and exterior of buildings and facilities.
Completes work orders; maintains activity logs; makes material and supply purchases; tracks inventory.
Perform cable pulling task
Completing minor repair work, which includes repairing doors, locks, door frames, and handles as well as replacing light bulbs, sockets, switches, window glass, etc.
Performing duties, which include a checklist, checking the system, and visual inspection
Maintaining all Indoor and outdoor areas,
Inspecting buildings detect any issues that require immediate attention.
Taking inventory of maintenance supplies and notifying the Supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
Ensuring that all maintenance equipment is in good working order.
Skills
Help to Test Equipment for serviceability
Identify and rectify faulty electrical circuits
Test protective devices
Competent in the use of multimeters, insulation resistance meters, clamp meters, and phase meters.
Knowledge of power tools and its safety uses
