We are currently recruiting for a Techno Functional Consultant – HCM & Recruitment to join our ICT Team in Dafza (Dubai Airport Freezone Area) Head Office, Dubai.
Scope: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant proficient in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) and Recruitment modules. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM and Recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities:
Financial
- Ensure that the requirements collection, documentation and sign off are within the stipulated project time and budget
Customer
- Maintain a good working relationship with BU Heads and BU Champions
- Engage in effective, clear and concise interaction with all stakeholders in meetings and emails
- Ensure current business processes are challenged in an assertive manner
- Exhibit a can-do attitude and willing to work with all stakeholders towards implementing a good solution
Process
- Collaborate with business units to understand the business processes, requirements, and objectives related to HCM and Recruitment
- Lead requirement gathering workshops, analyze business needs, and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM and Recruitment modules to align with clients' business processes and industry best practices
- Provide technical expertise in data migration, integrations, and extensions using Oracle Fusion middleware tools
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into HR and Recruitment metrics
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Oracle Fusion HCM and Recruitment systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM and Recruitment trends, features, and updates, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Prepare test scripts and test cases
- Conduct end user trainings
- Provide post go live support
Innovation
- Ability to provide innovative solutions and design ideas that would be transformational to BU operations
Skills
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in migration projects and at least two end to end Fusion implementations
- Exposure to Fusion Data Migration would be an added advantage
- Should have sound knowledge in HRMS landscape
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or any related field
- Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred
- Oracle Fusion Certification is preferred
