Training Manager

Transguard Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting for a Training Manager for a global client based in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, the successful applicant can live in either however will be expected to make trips as and when required between the Emirates.

The Training Manager will oversee training and instructional leadership of all Vendor Personnel.  In this role your responsibilities include: 

• Develop computerised, on the job training, in a dedicated portal and with an optimised ability to review training records electronically as well as create proactive training plans based upon Data Centre ongoing information analysis.
• Ensure that laws and regulations that might affect the services are reviewed, and changes are implemented as necessary.

• Prepare compliance reports and identify areas for improvement associated with contract-specific policies, practices, and procedures.
• Coordinate, develop, deliver and manage Vendor Personnel training and development programmes; conduct needs assessments; identify training needs; develop and/or customise training courses, content and materials; oversee and deliver training; evaluate effectiveness; and make adjustments as necessary to improve training and outcomes.
• Develop and implement a method of measuring the effectiveness of the training programmes.
• Conduct and facilitate training sessions, presenting information clearly and concisely to various audiences.

• Provide Data Centre Security Managers annual re-certification training schedule and provide monthly updates of training completion progress.
