Job Description
The TransTrack Operator will be responsible to plan & keep record of CIT/ATM services on TransTrack application.
Responsibility
- Generate daily routes
- Entering crew detail (Route planning)
- Generate service orders ( Route assigning)
- Interface data files into Transtrack received from CMC.
- Settle Frozen Packages
- Enter third seal data
- Rectify errors & discrepancies
- Upload & Dispatch HHTs (Hand Held Terminal) to the routes
- Re-route overnight holding packages
- Send / Monitor Ad Hoc locations send through GPRS
- Receive & Download HHTs (Hand Held Terminal) from routes
- Maintain inventory of all types of assets under custody
- Assist and trouble shoot the errors faced by teams
- Prepare daily TransTrack Reports
- Route receiving
Skills
- should be fluent in spoken and written English
- should have 1-2 years’ experience
- Excellent computer skills - Intermediate Excel skills required
- good communication skills
