Job Description
- Managing the team’s resources and delegating project tasks to appropriate team members
- Assist the mobilization manager, prioritizing items for mobilization, ensuring spend and allocation is correctly tracked and that SLAs and KPIs are being met
- Improve and grow the relationship with shared services, tracking performance so issues can be escalated and actioned
- Maintain good relationships with the team and encourage a proactive attitude
- Collate and share all process trackers with action plans with manager on a weekly basis
- Ownership of scorecards (BU and individual), ensuring on-time submission and that required evidence is available
- Creating and chasing actions from contract improvement (recovery plans)
- Monthly/weekly reporting to Manager
Skills
- At least 2 years of experience with and advanced knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting and water pumps in the UAE
- Experience in all aspects of water tank cleaning in the UAE
- Experience in leading a water tank cleaning team
- UAE driver’s license
- Minimum English Language Level 4 according to Transguard Group standards
- Customer relationship management
